Refund Policy


All refunds are assessed on a case by case basis. All services purchased from Restless World are non-refundable once service has commenced. Commencement of service is defined by receipt of your 'welcome' email, containing your application forms, guidelines, and other Restless World service assets. All application forms and assets are the sole property of R-W TRAVEL PTY LTD.

To be eligible for a refund, you must request the refund by email or by phone BEFORE your 'welcome' email has been sent (ie: you have purchased the visa service by mistake, and wish to request a refund before service has commenced).

Your purchase will remain on file with Restless World until your visa application is submitted to UK Visas and Immigration department.
