R-W Travel Pty Ltd Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when and how refunds can/will be requested and/or granted by Restless World (R-W Travel Pty Ltd).

REFUNDS & REFUND REQUESTS

All refunds are assessed on a case by case basis. All services purchased from Restless World are non-refundable once service has commenced. Commencement of service is defined by receipt of your 'welcome' email, containing your application forms, guide, and other Restless World service assets. All application forms and assets are the sole property of R-W TRAVEL PTY LTD.

To be eligible for a refund, you must request the refund by email or by phone BEFORE your 'welcome' email has been sent by our staff (ie: you have purchased the visa service by mistake, and wish to request a refund before service has commenced).

If refund request is approved - to complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

APPROVED REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your refund is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced services may be refunded, unfortunately sale items/services cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES / CHANGE OF SERVICE

If you purchase one service, but realize after the fact that your are eligible for a different/cheaper service, you can request a change of service and the difference in service price will be refunded to you (ie: you purchase the Youth Mobility Visa service, but realize you are eligible for a British Passport by Descent). An exchange is only possible if service for your original purchase has not yet commenced. Please request your exchange/change of service by email (info@restlessworld.com.au) or phone (+61 1300 95 75 95).

"NO VISA = NO FEE" GUARANTEE DISCLAIMER (NV/NF)

All NV/NF refunds are assessed on a case by case basis. Visas rejected based on past criminal records, previous refusals, any undisclosed information or historical immigration discrepancies relevant to your application are not eligible for a refund from Restless World. We reserve the right to waive the NV/NF guarantee should your circumstances warrant it, but this will be agreed in writing before progressing with your application. All applicants with a criminal conviction are not entitled to the NV/NF guarantee.

All applicants are required to disclose any/all past criminal and/or serious traffic related offences and previous visa refusals for any country. Failure to disclose this information could lead to your application being rejected by the UK Visas and Immigration and could lead to a subsequent 10-year ban. Restless World cannot be held responsible for rejections or bans imposed by the UK Visas and Immigration on account of undisclosed information.

If your visa application is rejected or denied based on a mistake made by Restless World staff, your original service fee will be refunded in full, and Restless World will pay for the cost of your re-application. Visa re-application is only applicable if we deem your application to be valid upon the correction of the original mistake made. In the event of an approved NV/NF re-application, we can only re-apply for the same visa as the original denied application (you cannot switch visa categories).

VISIT VISA EXEMPTION

All UK Visit Visa applications are exempt from the NV/NF guarantee. No guarantee can be offered to UK Visit Visa applicants, and no refund will be liable in the event of refusal. Restless World will make all possible efforts to ensure your visa application is processed thoroughly, with the best chance for approval, but no guarantee of approval can or will be offered, and Restless World cannot be held liable in the event of refusal.
