NEW hotel quarantine rules for entry into the UK

DO YOU NEED TO ORGANISE HOTEL QUARANTINE OR SELF-ISOLATE FOR 10 DAYS WHEN YOU ARRIVE IN THE UK?

What you need to do depends on where you travel in the 10 days before you arrive in England. The rules are different if you are travelling direct to:

For those who are travelling direct to England - If you travel in or through a country on the banned travel list (sometimes called the ‘red list’) in those 10 days you will need to quarantine in a managed quarantine hotel - at your own cost. If you do not travel in or through a country on the banned travel list in those 10 days you will need to quarantine in the place you’re staying.

BANNED COUNTRIES - 'RED LIST'

There are currently 33 countries on the 'red list'.

If you have traveled from or through one of the countries listed above you will need to arrange and book a managed quarantine hotel where you will quarantine. Your quarantine package will include your managed quarantine hotel, quarantine transport and your travel test package for COVID-19 tests on day 2 and day 8 of quarantine. To
