My partner, our little girl and myself are current clients of Restless Visa. We are writing to express our gratitude to a few of your staff members that we feel went beyond the call of duty to assist, support, and ensure that the entire settlement visa application process went as smoothly as possible.
Rob was the initial consultant that introduced your company to us. We had received several call backs from a few different visa companies. Rob basically assured us that Restless Visa was the best company to go with because of the support you would be willing to offer. He immediately sent us emails with all the information that we would require in order to make an informed decision. Rob told us that while completing the application, we are welcome to call as many times, and ask as many questions as we needed to and that your staff would be there through the whole process. No other company was as informative, infact, they just kept pestering us for the business to the point where we were getting calls late at night.
Sarah was the next consultant we spoke to once we had began the application process. She was so quick when responding, we never had to wait more than a few minutes to get a question answered. As you can imagine, the settlement visa application with child is extremely stressful, specially when you’re not sure what you’re doing. Sarah was very gentle in her responses and very reassuring that things would work out fine.
Marc, wow. Marc has been there through tears of nerves and finally of success. No matter when we emailed or called, he would always find a way and the time to get the information we required and get back to us. Marc assured us that nothing would be submitted until he was certain that we had all the evidence the British High Commission would be requiring. He went through each querie with a fine tooth comb which put us at ease that we were being looked after. When there were concerns regarding evidence to support that my daughter’s biological father has no involvement in our lives, Marc went the extra mile to get information from other sources. Marc was the independent strength that we needed. He never judged or made us feel anything less than this decion was the best one for our family.
Our visa application was a success. And we are 100% certain that it would not have been successful had Marc and his team not been there to assist us. The process of applying for our visas was not an easy one, but it would have been extremely stressful if it had not been for the staff at Restless Visa.

Just wanted to send you a massive thank you - my visitor visa was approved on Wednesday, and should be with me this week.
After the upset of being refused entry for a reason I had no control over (how do you definitively PROVE you won’t overstay or seek work?!), I was very concerned about my chances of getting this visa approved and very daunted by anything I might miss or get wrong in my application. Thanks for all your help with my settlement visa!! Needless to say we are both relieved that it is all over for now…at least until whatever the next stage is! We are also both very grateful for all your help and i especially felt reassured whenever i spoke with you so thank you again!! I recieved passport on friday the 27th and left that night at 11.20p.m! made it to the wedding i wanted to go to on saturday night in the UK and dont seem to be suffering too much from the dreaded jet lag so all is great…and the sun is out!
Quick question…..Do you have any advice re setting up a bank account? I have one but my sister is having trouble getting one due to no evidence of address etc and general difficultness of bank staff. Any tips?

I am just writing this letter to let u know how much I appreciate all the hard work u guys went to to help me out with the Visa, phone, bank account and such. At one point I thought Russell and Skye had voice recognition software because of the amount of times I would call. I realize it is your job to assist me with all the visa stuff, but all of you really went above and beyond. We would like to formally thank you for help in organising our Restless World SIM cards and plans. We realise that the best laid plans can sometimes go wrong, as it did in our case. However, in the times that we called you to help, both in Australia and the UK, we were able to trust you as you were always open and truthful in your response, and always had a pleasant demeanour (which made it easy to call you and explain our problems). Most importantly, you also backed up your responses, with effective action which remedied our problem.
We are living in the UK for 12 months and in the first two weeks having a mobile phone that was working immediately was crucial in many ways to help set up our life.
